TAX

Tax will be applied to all orders delivered within the state of California. 

 

BACKORDERS/OUT OF STOCK

 

If an item is sold out or on backorder, we will promptly notify you via email.  If the item cannot be obtained, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted. If the order has not shipped yet we will gladly cancel your order for a full refund. 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

We will gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. To return an item by mail please call 707.431.4200 to obtain a return authorization number. This number MUST be clearly visible on outside of package or the package will be refused. All returned merchandise MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION, UNWORN, WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on custom orders or sale merchandise.
